APARTAMENTO CERCA DE GOYA CON 2 DORMITORIOS, Madrid

The apartment provides 2 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom, and a kitchen for self-catering, with a total of 3 beds. However, the state of the property is severely compromised: floors are broken, walls have holes and stains, furniture (including the sofa and bed legs) is damaged, the microwave and fridge are dirty with old food inside, bedding and towels are stained or unwashed, and hygiene is poor. There is no heating, no air conditioning, no TV, and no internet. The unit is a semi-basement with low light and a bad smell. Guests should be prepared for an environment that is not habitable in its current condition and may need to make alternative arrangements.

The apartment includes a kitchen, which is available for cooking and storing food. With eight different dining options within 0.5 km - including Spanish (EL Horreo, Taberna del Marques), Chinese (Tang Chao), Japanese (Osaka), Italian (Malafemmena), a bakery (Pasteleria Feni), and others - eating out is a practical alternative. The kitchen, however, may require thorough cleaning before use, as reported issues include dirty utensils and food residue.
