Bologna Centrale Station is 1 km away, a 15-20 minute walk or a quick taxi ride. The area is pedestrianised on weekends and public holidays, so arriving by taxi or public transport is recommended. Reception can provide vehicle registration for the limited-traffic zone if arriving by car.

All rooms feature tiled floors, a flat-screen TV, minibar, electric kettle, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The renovated rooms are spacious, with modern decor, effective blackout curtains, and comfortable beds. Classic rooms are more traditional but still clean and functional. Attic rooms (mansardate) have low sloping ceilings and limited natural light, accessible only via stairs. Some rooms face an interior lightwell or courtyard and may have reduced natural light. Soundproofing can vary; corridor noise may be audible in unrenovated rooms. Bed preference can be noted at booking, and family rooms with a sofa bed are available. Air conditioning performance is best in renovated rooms.
