The hotel is situated on a quiet street just 50 metres from Termini Railway Station, giving immediate access to Rome's Metro, buses, and the Leonardo Express to Fiumicino Airport. The Colosseum is 10 minutes away by Metro, and Via Veneto is a 15-minute walk. The surrounding area is safe and well-served with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops within a few minutes' walk. For early flights, shuttle buses to Fiumicino depart from nearby Via Giovanni Giolitti from 4:00. The hotel's central position makes it easy to reach the Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia, and most historic landmarks on foot or via public transport.

Accommodation includes single, double, twin, triple rooms, and a suite with a hot tub and spa bath. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries, plus air conditioning, soundproof walls, a minibar (empty), tea and coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Room size is notably compact, particularly in the smaller categories, making it more suitable for travellers who mainly need a place to sleep. Some rooms may offer a view, and a few have a balcony. The suite provides a more spacious experience with a hot tub. The hotel is on the 5th and 6th floors of a residential building; the lift is small and occasionally out of service.

The hotel does not currently provide breakfast or have an on-site restaurant. The surrounding streets offer a wide variety of dining options within a short walk, including Italian, Asian, and fast-food choices. For breakfast, nearby cafés such as Café Danesi are convenient. The minibar in each room is stocked with paid beverages (€1 for water, €2 for sodas) but can be restocked through reception.
