The area is safe and peaceful, with a 7-Eleven convenience store within a 3-to-5-minute walk and several local restaurants, bars, and a bakery about 5 to 10 minutes away. Taxis are less frequent on the street, so walking or using the metro is the primary way to get around. The residential setting suits travellers who prefer calm evenings over staying directly in the busiest tourist zones.

Room sizes are notably generous for Tokyo, with many units featuring separate shower, sink, and toilet zones so multiple people can get ready at the same time. The double, twin, quadruple, and family rooms all include private bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, free toiletries, slippers, and nightwear. Several quadruple rooms offer a choice of tatami flooring with futons or carpeted floors with individual beds. The family rooms have mezzanine bunk beds that give more floor space for luggage, and upper-level rooms on certain sides offer views of Tokyo Skytree. Air conditioning, heating, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a sofa are standard. The café opens to outside visitors from 10:30, and coffee is not available for hotel guests before that time unless a breakfast order is attached.
