APPARTAMENTO CENTRALE DI GRETA E MARCO, Milan

The building is in an excellent position for exploring Milan on foot or by public transport. The metro station is within a minute's walk, making major sights and transport hubs easily reachable. Numerous dining options are within a few hundred metres, including Pizzeria Piccola Ischia, Miky's Town Coffee & Food, Delfino Restaurant, Amalfitana, Maoji, and Ejao Bistrot. The area also has shops and amenities. No on-site parking is available, so using public transport, taxi, or ride-sharing is the most practical way to reach the property.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi in all areas. Cots are available for families travelling with infants, though this should be confirmed at booking. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. The entire apartment is non-smoking. There is no on-site parking, so all transport must use public metro or taxis. Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out by 11:00. The property is managed directly by the owner; the check-in process has been described as inflexible, and no luggage storage is offered. Customers have reported very poor cleaning between stays, with dust, dirty linens and towels, and unclean bathrooms as recurring problems. Only the most basic kitchen equipment is supplied, so guests planning to cook should come prepared with essential utensils.
