Set in a quieter northern suburb, the location is best for those arriving by car or happy to use public transport. Tram 4 runs directly in front of the hotel and operates 24/7, reaching the city centre without transfers. The tram can also be combined with the metro for faster trips. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including a popular pizzeria directly across the road. A large supermarket and Parco Nord, a massive urban park ideal for walks and sports, are also nearby. Driving into the centre takes about 25-30 minutes without traffic. Free street parking is available around the hotel, but on-site paid parking is also an option.

The hotel offers standard double, twin, and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Rooms in the main building are newer and well-furnished, while those in the older dependance may feel more basic. Sound insulation between rooms and from the outside is poor - thin walls and corridor noise are common, and tram noise can be heard from street-facing rooms. Bathrooms are generally a good size, some with a bathtub, though shower cubicles can be small. The style is functional Ikea-like decor, clean and tidy, but storage is limited to a few drawers and an open hanging rail. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. Children can stay in the same room as adults at no extra cost.

Breakfast is the only meal service offered at the hotel. The spread is Italian-style and sufficient for a good start - fresh pastries and good coffee are highlights, though the selection is mostly sweet with limited savoury options. For lunch and dinner, several restaurants are within a 2-minute walk: Ristorante-Pizzeria 'I 2 Fratelli' across the road serves excellent pizza and pasta, and there are other nearby trattorias and a pizzeria. A supermarket and a pastry shop are also close by for self-catering.
