NICE ROOM PARIS MONTPARNASSE, Paris

Rue Daguerre is a lively street with a market, numerous bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants within a short walk, including options like La Baraka, Chez Colette, and Restaurant Pizzamore 0.3-0.5 km away. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from metro stations and bus stops, providing direct access to central Parisian attractions and sights. Despite the central access, the immediate neighbourhood is described as quiet, making it a good choice for families. Public transport connections are excellent, with both bus and metro lines on the street, allowing for easy travel throughout the city.

The apartment is described as spacious and comfortable, with enough room for families or groups to spread out suitcases and sleep well. Bedrooms are decently sized, and the apartment has a washing machine, heating, and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with narrow, spiral stairs and no lift. Some stays have reported cleanliness issues, including dust, hair, and stains, so guests may wish to request a thorough cleaning before arrival. The pillows and mattresses have been described as soft and thin. The accommodation has no air conditioning and can become very hot in summer, as there is no ventilation; a noisy extractor fan runs continuously and may disturb sleep. There is hot water available 24 hours though the shower drain can clog.

The property does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or other on-site wellness amenities. The main leisure advantage lies in the location: the lively street and its surrounding area offer a variety of bistros, shops, and bakeries, and the excellent transport connections provide easy access to all of Paris's cultural attractions, museums, and parks.

The apartment provides free Wi-Fi in all areas. Pets are allowed with no additional fee. No parking is available on-site. Keys must be collected from the nearby Temaque hotel, and check-in is from 15:00; early check-in before that time is generally not available. The property has a washing machine. The host may take time to respond, and contact can be difficult late at night, as phone numbers may not be reachable. The apartment may not be cleaned during the stay, and some stays reported the host entering without prior notice. Guests relying on responsiveness for late arrivals or issues should confirm procedures in advance.
