BOLOGNA HOSTING ECONOMY - SOGGIORNI CONVENIENTI A BOLOGNA, Bologna

The property is positioned in the real heart of Bologna, providing easy access to the city's historic core. A variety of dining options are nearby, including La Rustica Pizzeria Osteria (0.5 km), Il Gelatauro, and Patatata, all within 0.5 km. The key collection point is 3 km away, requiring a 30-minute walk each way, or a short bus or taxi ride. No parking is available on site, making public transport or walking the primary modes of access. The area is well-served by foot for exploring central attractions.

The property provides one apartment with a separate bedroom, a private bathroom featuring a shower and bidet, a dining area, heating, and a balcony. Other units include double, triple, quadruple, and single rooms, all with shared bathrooms (shower and bidet). The shared bathroom is often described as a cramped cabinet where the handheld shower is mounted directly over the toilet, causing water to flood the room floor. Rooms are reported as very dimly lit, with broken blinds or non-functional curtains, leaving the interior visible to neighbours. Heating is weak, paint is peeling, and mould on shower curtains is present. The apartment is the only unit with a private bathroom and is slightly better equipped, but still suffers from similar neglect. No internet access, no coffee machine, and no toiletries are provided.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. No kitchen facilities are available in the shared-room units, though the apartment includes a dining area. The surrounding area offers a dense concentration of dining options within 0.5 km, including La Rustica Pizzeria Osteria, Il Gelatauro, Patatata, and Trattoria Pane e Panelle, making it easy to find meals nearby. No food storage or preparation areas are provided in the budget units.
