CASA ISA, Mestre

The apartment is ideally placed for car-free access to Venice: the tram stop (line T1) is 3 minutes away on foot, costing €1.50 per person for a direct ride to Piazzale Roma in 10-15 minutes. Free on-street parking is available immediately outside the property, making it a convenient base for those arriving by car. A supermarket and a bar are within a 3-minute walk, and a small playground and recreational area are nearby. The location is calm and residential, with no through traffic noise, yet well connected for exploring both Mestre and Venice easily.

The recently renovated holiday home includes a living room with a flat-screen TV (with streaming services), a dining area, and a dressing area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, electric kettle, tea and coffee facilities - and has been praised for its completeness, including oil, salt, and a coffee machine. Both double/twin beds are comfortable and supportive; the single bed in one bedroom may squeak noticeably. Each bedroom has its own balcony. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and free toiletries. Air conditioning, heating, parquet floors, and a washing machine are included. The private terrace with garden furniture is usable year-round, especially pleasant in summer.

Casa Isa does not offer breakfast or an on-site restaurant, but the fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering. The supermarket (3 minutes on foot) covers daily groceries. For dining out, options within 1 km include Gioia Pasticceria-Caffetteria (0.5 km), Trattoria Alla Laguna, Befed Brew Pub Mestre, Gelateria La Sosta, and Unico Ristorante. The property provides basic cooking staples (oil, salt) and good-quality pans. No restaurant or bar operates on the premises.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. Parking is free on the street directly outside - no reservation needed. The hosts offer private check-in/out and express service, and they are known for being responsive, providing detailed arrival instructions and local transport advice. A concierge service is available. The property has a minimarket on site and a barber/beauty shop nearby. Safety features include fire extinguishers and key access. Family-friendly amenities include cots on request. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area. The apartment has no lift; bedrooms are on the upper floor.
