COACH 10, Florence

The property offers one-bedroom apartments (with 1 double bed), two-bedroom apartments (sleeping 4-5 across 2 bathrooms), and spacious quadruple rooms with 3-4 single beds. Every unit has a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped - stove, fridge, Nespresso machine, and cooking basics - so you can prepare meals and store groceries. Many reviews note the apartments feel spacious, clean, and quiet despite the central location. Loft-style beds in some units are simple but comfortable, and extra fans are provided in summer. All rooms are non-smoking.

The fully equipped kitchen - complete with Nespresso machine, tea, and basic cooking utensils - allows you to eat in whenever it suits, cutting meal costs on longer stays. A dining table is already set up in the living area. Eight dining options lie within 0.5 km, including Trattoria 4 Leoni (Tuscan cuisine), Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco, Pizzino Caffe, Gustapizza (pizza by the slice), and Gelateria Santa Trinita for dessert. For those who prefer to cook, groceries are easily found on the surrounding streets. No breakfast is provided on site, but the kitchen equipment makes self-service breakfast quick and easy.

There is no on-site pool, spa, or gym. However, the central location means the Boboli Gardens and the Bardini Garden are within a 10-minute walk - perfect for an afternoon stroll. The main shopping streets (Via de' Tornabuoni, Via Roma) and the area's gelaterias, pizzerias, and enotecas are equally close. For a cultural evening, the Teatro della Pergola is 1 km away. The property's quiet apartment layout also allows for a genuinely restful evening after a day of sightseeing.
