COSY ROOM INSIDE BATIGNOLLES - L60, Paris

The apartment is situated in a vibrant neighbourhood with numerous restaurants (Le P'tit Canon, il castello, Domino's Pizza, CasaToni, Delice De L'Inde, Couscous des Batignolles, Saidoune), all within a 5-minute walk. Pigalle Metro Station is 2 km away, and the area is well served by bus stops and metro lines, making it easy to reach landmarks such as Arc de Triomphe (2 km) and Opéra Garnier (3 km). Charles de Gaulle Airport is 24 km away. The immediate surroundings include an ice-skating rink. The street-facing courtyard can carry noise from neighbours and early morning waste collection.

The space is cleverly fitted with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, dining table), a walk-in shower with free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and heating. The ground-floor unit overlooks an inner courtyard. The sleeping loft has a very low ceiling (approximately 0.9 m) that makes it impossible to sit up - heat rises, so it becomes uncomfortably hot, especially in summer. The mattress is a futon-like pad, and pillows are small throw pillows. A small fan can help with airflow but may not cool the loft sufficiently. The bathroom is tiny but well-designed; guests with a larger build may find the shower very tight. The ladder to the loft can feel unstable. The apartment can be dark and cramped once luggage is inside, and noise from neighbours and the interior courtyard can be audible.

The apartment includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils and a dining table, making it practical for preparing basic meals. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided, along with salt, pepper and cookies. For those who prefer eating out, the immediate area offers seven restaurants including Italian (il castello), pizza (Domino's Pizza), French (Le P'tit Canon), Indian (Delice De L'Inde) and Moroccan (Couscous des Batignolles), all within a few minutes' walk.

For in-room entertainment, the apartment provides board games and puzzles. An outdoor ice-skating rink is located in the vicinity.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Express check-in/check-out and private check-in/check-out are included at no charge. Key collection requires picking up keys from a different address; instructions are provided on arrival day - communication with the contact can be challenging, so allow extra time. Luggage can be stored on request for early arrivals or late departures. Payment is accepted by card or cash. CCTV operates outside the property, and smoke alarms are installed. A minimarket and a barber/beauty shop are located on site. The property does not offer parking, but public transport is easily accessible.
