COZY 2-BEDROOM IN GRIFFINTOWN, Montreal

The apartment sits in Griffintown, placing it within walking distance of a wide range of dining options: La Bete a Pain (0.5 km), Pizzeria Moretti (0.5 km), Mano Cornuto (0.5 km), and Industria Pizzeria + Bar (0.5 km). For coffee or a quick bite, Allo Velo Cafe is 0.5 km away, while Boulangerie L'Amour Du Pain and Amir are also 0.5 km. This concentration of nearby eateries makes it easy to find a meal without needing to travel far. Parking is available nearby for CAD 20 per day, a useful option for those exploring by car, though the walkable neighbourhood may reduce the need to drive for most errands.

The apartment offers 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower, plus a living area with a sofa and a dining table. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and microwave. A dressing room provides additional storage. However, several unit features have raised concerns: the kitchen may lack sufficient cutlery, glassware and cookware; some furniture is worn or damaged; one bedroom has no blinds or curtains, letting in early morning light; and the bathroom may lack a bath mat and a hand towel. The property's cleanliness and maintenance, including stained furniture, streaky floors, and partially damaged walls, have been noted. Prospective guests should carefully assess whether the unit's condition aligns with their expectations before booking.
