The property is situated in a central area of Abu Dhabi, making it straightforward to reach Saadiyat Island, the oldest part of the city, and the main exit roads. Two city bus stops are very close - bus A1 runs from the airport, and bus 9 connects to the cruise terminal. A wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are within a few minutes' walk. Zayed International Airport is 31 km from the property. The building can be slightly difficult to find, but the host provides detailed instructions and photos to assist. For beach access, the public beach is about a 40-minute walk or a short bus ride away. The location is rated well for value and convenience.

The shared kitchen and washing machine are available for guest use. Some rooms have a terrace or balcony. While the main living spaces are well-maintained, the building's common areas and stairwell can be less clean. The aim is to provide a comfortable, functional base for budget-conscious travellers.

Breakfast can be served in the room, and there is a coffee house on site. The area offers many nearby restaurants.

The property offers breakfast in the room for guests who prefer a private start to the day. A coffee house on site provides additional drinks and snacks. The host communicates via WhatsApp and provides a seamless check-in process with clear instructions.
