DOLCEVITA APARTMENT, Rome

Located outside the historic centre in a quiet but vibrant neighbourhood, the apartment places you within walking distance of supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, and other daily essentials. The nearby metro station provides direct, quick access to Rome's central attractions, making it easy to avoid traffic and parking challenges. The area feels local and relaxed, with fewer crowds than the centre. For driving guests, free public parking exists nearby but cannot be reserved in advance, so arriving by metro or on foot is the most reliable option. The surrounding streets offer plenty of dining choices, from pizza to ice cream, all within a 5-minute walk.

The apartment features a practical layout: a separate living room, one bedroom, and a private bathroom with a bath and bidet. The bedroom and main living area are spacious, with new-looking furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker, making self-catering easy. A washing machine adds convenience for longer visits. The apartment is allergy-free, soundproof, and entirely non-smoking, with effective air conditioning and parquet flooring throughout. A balcony and garden views create a pleasant, calm atmosphere. Road-facing rooms are naturally quieter here due to the residential setting, but guests prioritising absolute quiet will appreciate the soundproofing.

Guests can prepare their own meals using the complete kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, cookware), which is particularly useful for families or longer stays. The apartment also includes a welcome offering of free wine or champagne. For those who prefer eating out, the surrounding area is rich with dining options: within 300 metres you'll find pizza, Italian specialities, and ice cream, while a wider selection of restaurants and takeaways is available within a 500-metre radius. The hosts provide local restaurant recommendations on request. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but the variety and proximity of nearby eateries make dining out very convenient.

Leisure amenities are focused on the apartment itself, with board games and puzzles provided for family entertainment. The quiet, residential area is pleasant for strolls, and the nearby metro gives quick access to Rome's cultural and historical sites. There are no on-site sports, spa, or pool facilities, but the local shops, bars, and restaurants create a lively base for exploring the city.

The apartment provides free, reliable Wi-Fi throughout, plus a washing machine and ironing facilities for practical self-sufficiency. Free express check-in and private check-in are available, and the owners are responsive for questions and local tips. There is a minimarket on site for basic supplies, and a barber/beauty shop within the building. Parking is free but public, located nearby and not reservable - street parking is an option, and an electric vehicle charging station is also present. The building has a lift, and the property is secured with key access and fire extinguishers. Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply). The accommodation is suitable for families, with family rooms available and board games provided.
