DREAMSAPT CURTIDORES 6 SUITES AT, Seville

The property faces a quiet square with a bar, bakery and pharmacy within steps. All major sights - Cathedral, Alcazar, Setas, Plaza de España - are reachable on foot in 10-20 minutes. A supermarket is 100 m away, and multiple tapas bars (El Cortadero, Peko Peko Tapas, Bitacora) are within 300 m. The public parking Cano y Cueto is 50-150 m from the building. The tram stop is nearby, and Santa Justa station is a 15-minute walk, making day trips easy.

Standard units are often on the ground floor with windows onto an inner courtyard or street. These can be darker and more prone to street noise from the adjacent bar. Duplex and Ático apartments offer private rooftop terraces and pools, with bedrooms on the same floor as the living room or split across two levels. All units include soundproof walls, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, and a kitchen with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher and cookware. Bathrooms are private with walk-in shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. The sofa bed is functional but firmer than a standard bed; rooms with double beds are available only in Duplex/Ático units. A ceiling-height living space can take longer to heat or cool.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle and cookware & kitchen utensils. Basic supplies (salt, oil) are not guaranteed. A tea and coffee maker is provided in each unit. Within 300 metres, there are six tapas bars and a pizzeria (El Cortadero, Peko Peko Tapas, Bitacora, Mr. Pizza, Freiduria Puerta de la Carne, Cerveceria Mezquita). The attractive bar on the square serves breakfast and tapas. Supermarkets within 100 m allow easy grocery shopping. No on-site restaurant or bar is operated by the property.

The pools are located on the rooftop and are exclusive to the Duplex and Ático apartments. They are small (hot-tub size), unheated and operational only during warmer months. Each pool area includes sun loungers, beach chairs and umbrellas. Maintenance and cleanliness can vary - the pump and filter system have been reported to require attention, which may affect water quality. The Ático apartments have synthetic grass, evening lighting and a seating area for relaxation.
