Several supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants are close by, including D'Lounge, Il Delfino, Viet Flair and Gasthaus Zu den 3 Goldenen Kugeln, each about 0.5 km from the property. The Danube and Millennium City shopping centre are also nearby. Parking is available on nearby streets and at a paid public lot (€20/day). The neighbourhood itself is calm, though the main street can bring some noise into street-facing rooms.

The property does not operate its own dining facilities. A shared kitchen, equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and oven, allows guests to prepare their own meals. Basic cooking essentials and a tea and coffee maker are provided. A number of restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including Viet Flair, Il Delfino and Gasthaus Zu den 3 Goldenen Kugeln.
