EXECUTIVE SUITE ROOM IN BARSHA 1 NEAR MOE METRO, Dubai

The hotel is located in the Barsha district, placing you within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which connects to key areas across Dubai. Several dining venues such as Delhi Darbar Restaurant, Mandarin Tree Restaurant, and Thai Wok Select are within 0.5 km. The immediate area includes the 23rd Street Sports House and Hannouf, giving you nearby eating and leisure options. The metro provides a practical way to reach Dubai Marina, Downtown, and the airport, though the property's exact entrance may not match what is shown in photos, so plan to confirm your arrival point in advance.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property, so you will need to eat out for all meals. The surrounding area provides a handful of choices within a five-minute walk: Delhi Darbar Restaurant, Mandarin Tree Restaurant, Thai Wok Select, and Hannouf offer a range of cuisines. The 23rd Street Sports House is also nearby for casual dining. Given the lack of on-site dining, plan your meals ahead of arrival and factor in the short walk to these venues.

Wi-Fi is free and accessible throughout the building. Private on-site parking costs 30 AED per day and does not require a reservation. The lift is frequently out of service, so you may need to use the stairs. There is no confirmed luggage storage service, and communication with staff has been reported as unreliable, with some guests being redirected to a different, older building after booking. The check-in process is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Pets are not permitted. Payment and refund issues have been noted, so keep all booking documentation and take photos of the room condition as evidence if problems arise.
