The property is situated in a central area, within walking distance of major attractions: Picasso Museum (less than 1 km), Alcazaba, and Malaga Cathedral. La Malagueta Beach is 2 km away, about a 20-minute walk through the port area. Jorge Rando Museum and the Museum of Glass and Crystal are a 14-minute walk. Malaga María Zambrano Train Station is a 12-minute walk, and the bus stop for line A to the airport (9 km) is nearby. The city bus stop is right across the street. While the central location is excellent for exploring on foot, the specific building entrance is tricky to find - the booking address is incorrect, and the real address is Calle Prim 3, piso 2, apartamento 3. Parking in the area is very difficult. Several cafés and bars are within a 5-minute walk.

The accommodation consists of private rooms (each with 1 double bed) within a shared apartment. Each room includes air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV (with limited connectivity, not a standard TV), a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, and a dining area. No desk lamp is provided, and there is often no bedside table or accessible plug on both sides of the bed. The shared bathroom has a shower with a small cubicle whose door may not close properly. Common areas (kitchen, living room) are shared with other occupants, including a family with children. Cleanliness standards are inconsistent - rooms and kitchens are often left dirty by previous occupants, and cleaning is not done daily. The apartment often has a musty smell, and cockroaches and ants have been observed. The kitchen is basic: oven, microwave, kettle, worn-out pans, but often no glasses or cups. The fridge may not freeze items properly.
