The Harrison serves home-cooked full English breakfasts, with options such as fruit, yoghurt, and scrambled eggs on toast. The menu includes vegetarian and vegan dishes. Delicious home-cooked pub food is served seven days a week, including Saturday Brunch and Sunday Roast. Guests can finish with freshly ground Monmouth coffee and homemade cakes or puddings. A new Saturday brunch includes a traditional all-day 'Full English.'

The welcoming pub serves freshly ground barista Monmouth coffee, ales, beers, lagers, ciders, wines, spirits, soft drinks, and teas. The Harrison hosts gigs ranging from music to comedy to spoken word every day of the week in its welcoming bar. A Saturday Comedy Night features comedians from the London circuit.

The main bar can accommodate about 60 people dining and 90 people mingling. The Harrison also has a basement venue that can be booked for exclusive use for groups of 20 and above.

Lunch and Saturday Brunch/Sunday Roast bookings are for 2 hours; bookings for groups of six plus are for 3 hours.
