The hotel is centrally located in Vasastan, one of Stockholm's lively yet residential neighbourhoods. Stockholm Central Station is about 10 minutes away on foot, and Rådmansgatan Metro Station is 700 metres from the hotel, providing direct access across the city by public transport. Drottninggatan, the main shopping street, is only a 3-minute walk. The immediate area is quiet for central Stockholm, with a park opposite the hotel and several restaurants, cafés, and grocery shops within a short walk. Tegnerlunden Park is right outside, offering a green space for relaxation. The location works well on foot for most city sights, and the Central Station connection makes airport and regional travel straightforward.

Standard room features include a private bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, an electric kettle, free tea and coffee, a refrigerator, an ironing board, and free toiletries. Some rooms have views of Tegnerlunden Park, others overlook the inner courtyard or a side street. Rooms tend to be small but clean and functional, with parquet floors and heating. There is no air conditioning; windows can be opened and fans are available during warm weather. Street-facing rooms on the ground floor can be noisy due to traffic, while rooms overlooking the inner courtyard or facing the park are quieter. The hotel offers family rooms and can place a baby cot free of charge on request. No rooms have a balcony.
