The surrounding streets can be busy, and road-facing rooms experience noticeable traffic noise, making the location better suited for travellers who prioritise connectivity and walkability over quiet surroundings.

The accommodation consists of mixed and female-only dormitories with bunk beds, measuring 20 m2. Each bed is equipped with a personal reading light, power socket, and privacy curtain. Under-bed storage crates and lockers are available (bring your own padlock). Some rooms include a balcony and a shared en-suite bathroom, while others access separate shared bathroom facilities. The rooms have central heating, but air-conditioning is only provided via portable units or fans, which may struggle during peak summer heat and when windows are closed to reduce street noise. Room noise from the road and from other guests (locker doors, hallway conversations) can affect sleep quality. The building has no lift, requiring guests to carry luggage up stairs. Beds are generally comfortable, though some mattresses may show wear. Rooms can be cleaned daily.
