The U-Bahn station provides direct connections to both Berlin airports (Tegel and Schönefeld) via Alexanderplatz, which is two stops away. Alexanderplatz is also within a 15-minute walk. Trams run past the hotel, linking to Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichstraße in about 10 minutes. The area is packed with shops, galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants, and the UNESCO-listed Museum Island is a short stroll. A 24-hour supermarket is next door. The neighbourhood is lively and safe, with excellent walkability to central attractions.

Rooms are minimalist and functionally furnished, prioritizing bed space. The double bed takes up most of the floor area, leaving narrow walkways. Storage is limited to wall hooks and space under the bed; there is no wardrobe or chair. The en suite bathroom features a glass shower cubicle (some with frosted glass) and a separate toilet area with a single door. The shower drains can cause water to spread to the toilet area. Rooms are heated via floor heating; no air conditioning is available-windows can be opened but street-facing rooms may experience tram noise. Heavy shutters block light and reduce noise. Interior courtyard rooms are significantly quieter. Request a courtyard room for better sleep. The room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and city views from some rooms. Toiletries (soap/shower gel) and towels are provided.

For meals, the surrounding Hackescher Markt area offers a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Nearby options include Numas, Im Eimer, Sucre et Sel, Sushi Circle, and many more, all within 0.5 km. A 24-hour supermarket is adjacent to the hotel, and fresh bread and pastries are available from several bakeries in the morning. The hotel's coffee machine provides hot drinks for a small fee, and there is no bar or minibar in the rooms.

The hotel does not offer any wellness facilities. Leisure options are limited to exploring the city on foot or by bike.
