The neighbourhood is lively with numerous restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk, including several options within 300 metres. Multiple metro lines (M6 and M12) and bus routes serve the area, making it easy to reach most tourist sites without a car. The area is quiet at night and feels safe. For airport transfers, use public transport or a ride app; the hotel does not operate a shuttle.

Room types include single, double, triple, superior, and family rooms. Standard rooms are compact but functional, with most having garden or city views. The family room is notably more spacious, consisting of two separate bedrooms with a private connecting corridor, each with its own bathroom. Superior rooms may have a small balcony - not all do, so specify when booking. All rooms feature soundproof walls, air conditioning, heating, a coffee machine, a seating area, and a wardrobe.
