CAPTAIN MEY'S INN, Cape May

Captain Mey's Inn is in Cape May's historic district, two blocks from the beach. Queen Beatrix, on the second floor, can accommodate up to three guests. A luxury suite on the third floor also accommodates up to three guests and is one of the inn's brightest rooms. Captain Mey's Room is a spacious suite located on the first floor with its own private entrance onto Hughes Street. Rooms include hardwood floors, closets, hangers, and irons with ironing boards. You'll enjoy ample lighting from large windows overlooking Ocean and Hughes Streets, the inn's parking lot, or Hughes Street. Sloped dormer ceilings add a touch of charm. Décor features floral wallpaper in shades of light and dark pink, hardwood floors with area rugs, and antique mahogany furniture or floral wallpaper with sea green accents and white wicker furniture. Each room has a pillow-top mattress, window-unit air conditioning, central heating, a flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. All posted rates are for two guests; an additional guest fee is $30.00 per night.

Private bathrooms include complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. You'll enjoy a spacious private bathroom with hardwood flooring and a white wicker vanity, or a spacious private bathroom with white tile flooring and a white wicker vanity. Some rooms offer a spacious private bathroom with 19th-century tile flooring and a white wicker vanity or a detached private bathroom located just a few steps down the hall. On-site parking accommodates one standard or compact vehicle per room. The parking lot cannot accommodate trucks or large SUVs. Guests must remove their vehicle from the parking lot on the day of check-out by 11:00 am.

Captain Mey's Inn provides daily housekeeping upon request when a room is vacant, between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.
