KAZ BEDROOMS, Malaga

The apartment sits in a high-rise building about 20 minutes on foot from the historic centre, with a bus stop directly opposite for reaching the Malagueta beach area. A supermarket and numerous restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk on Calle Maldonado. Free public parking is available on nearby streets and in a public lot, though the immediate area can be busy. The train station connects directly to the airport, making car-free arrivals straightforward.

Each room includes a desk, seating area, free toiletries, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, and bidet. Rooms have a double or single bed, and guests have access to a shared kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware. The apartment's style is basic and dated, reflecting a 1960s-70s city apartment. Some rooms open onto an internal shaft with limited light and airflow; street-facing rooms are preferable. No air conditioning is available; cooling relies on fans. Noise from neighbouring doors can be audible. The shared bathroom and kitchen cleanliness have been noted as variable.

San Andres Beach is 3 km from the apartment, reachable by bus or a 30-minute walk. The beach is a practical option for a day out, though the property itself offers no on-site wellness facilities. Guests looking for more leisure can explore the city's museums, including the Picasso Museum and Jorge Rando Museum, both within easy walking distance.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. A washing machine is provided for guest use. Daily housekeeping and laundry services are available upon request. Guests can use the shared lounge/TV area and benefit from private and express check-in/check-out. The host is often present and available to assist with luggage storage and local guidance. Security features include 24-hour security, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. Cots are available upon request. No parking reservation is required for the nearby free public parking.
