A 7/11 supermarket is located right at the tube exit, and a wide variety of restaurants (Italian, steak, and grill options) are within 0.5 km. The property is 18 km from London City Airport; for car users, on-street parking zones apply but public parking is available nearby at £60 per day.

Complimentary extras such as slippers, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, and cleaning supplies are provided.

The apartment has no restaurant or breakfast service, but the kitchen is stocked with a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher, making self-catering straightforward. Rex Grill, Steak & Co. Gloucester Road, Iddu (Sicilian), and Couture @Le Bistrot, as well as a deli café at 100 Kensington.
