The location is rated highly for convenience, with numerous dining options less than 500 metres away, including Nasi Lemak CT Garden, Kin Kin Restaurant and Pancake House International.

Rooms range from compact 9 m2 units to larger apartments, though the exact layout may vary. Some units have limited natural light and adjoining balconies that offer little visual privacy. While many rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, others may show signs of wear including marked walls, musty odours or occasional mould. Air conditioning and high-speed WiFi are provided in every apartment. Bed configurations may not always match the booking, and an extra bed can be requested upon arrival. The property does not offer daily housekeeping; guests should request cleaning if needed.
