While the immediate surroundings are calm and not touristy, the excellent public transport links make city exploration straightforward. Parking is free on nearby streets, though availability cannot be reserved.

Each floor has a shared kitchenette with a hob, fridge, water boiler and some utensils, though the space is compact and best for one person at a time. Studios include a private kitchenette. Free coffee and tea are available in the morning. Several restaurants and cafés, such as Jasmin Rice and Cafe Two o Two, are within a 1 km walk, offering a variety of cuisines. A supermarket is nearby for groceries.

Leisure options are centred on the property's garden and courtyard, which include seating, tables and BBQ grills for guest use. Bicycles are available for rent (daily charge), providing a great way to reach Amager Beach Park, the city centre, or the airport. The beach is a 20-minute walk away and offers a pleasant space for walks or relaxation. The free Wi-Fi works well in common areas but can be weak in some rooms. Parking is free on nearby streets but cannot be reserved, so spaces are found on a first-come basis. There is no 24-hour reception; check-in is handled by phone or pre-arranged meeting, and late arrivals are possible if coordinated. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out, and free early access to the garden has been offered. No credit cards are accepted - payment is cash only.
