LE MARAIS CHARMANT APPARTEMENT PARIS FREE NETFLIX, Paris

The apartment sits on a lively street with numerous cafés, bistros, and shops just steps away, including L'as du Fallafel (0.5 km). Place des Vosges is around the corner. Paris-Gare-de-Lyon is a 17-minute walk, and Orly Airport is 17 km away (paid shuttle available). The area is well served by buses and the metro, allowing easy access to the entire city. The building is on a quiet courtyard, but the immediate street is vibrant both day and night.

The apartment offers a separate living room with a flat-screen TV (Netflix, cable), a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, and the sofa bed extends sleeping capacity to four, though space is tight for a family. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The interior is functional with minimal decoration; soundproofing and courtyard-facing windows keep it quiet, but noise from neighbouring apartments and creaky floors can be noticeable. Heating and air conditioning are provided. Storage is limited to a single wardrobe in the living room. The building entrance and stairwell show wear, and the door lock uses a smartphone app for entry.

Guests can prepare meals using the kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The Le Marais neighbourhood surrounds the apartment with dozens of cafés, bakeries, bistros, and specialty food shops within a short walk, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Notable nearby restaurants include L'as du Fallafel, La Brasserie du Pied de Fouet, and Le 9 Birague.

The property offers free wireless internet in the apartment. A paid shuttle service to/from Orly Airport can be arranged. Bike and car hire are available for local exploration. Express and private check-in/out are provided, with an app-based door lock. Cots can be requested. There is no parking on site; the nearest public parking is street-based or at nearby garages. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
