The immediate neighbourhood is lively with many restaurants, bars, and shops. A taxi stand for G7 is about 80 metres away, and early morning Bolt taxis are available (a minivan to Gare de Lyon costs around €25). The area feels safe for returning late at night, and the apartment's good heating and hot water make it comfortable regardless of outside temperature.

The apartment is a single room of about 15 m2, designed for a maximum of 4 adults using a sofa bed and a double bed. The kitchenette has a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and electric kettle. The bathroom is small with a shower, toilet, and basic fixtures. Noise from the street can be a problem, especially in lower-floor apartments; opening windows for ventilation brings in traffic and pedestrian sounds. There is no air-conditioning.
