LUXURY STUDIO IN MURJAN 2, JBR, Dubai

The studio is located in the Murjan 2 tower at Jumeirah Beach Residence, offering immediate access to the beach, Marina Beach, and The Walk at JBR. Multiple supermarkets, pharmacies, tram and metro stations, and a wide range of restaurants (Leopold's of London, El Chico, La Dolce Vita, and more) are within a short walk. For airport transfers, the property is 25 km from Al Maktoum International Airport. Taxis are best hailed from the street rather than the car park, which can make getting one more difficult. Free private parking on site makes car travel straightforward, and car hire is also available.

This private studio apartment features a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, plus a separate bedroom. It sleeps two adults and a teenager comfortably with one king-size bed and an extra futon-style mattress. The apartment is air-conditioned and soundproofed, with a washing machine, tea and coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and cookware. The living area includes a dining table and a terrace, and the bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The space is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with all basic amenities provided.

The property has a family-friendly restaurant serving American cuisine with halal options, open for lunch and dinner in a modern, romantic setting. A poolside bar and a coffee shop are also on site for refreshments. The surrounding JBR area offers numerous dining choices within a 300-metre walk, including Leopold's of London, El Chico Mexican Food, La Dolce Vita, and The Butcher Shop & Grill. Grocery deliveries are available free of charge for those who prefer to cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

Leisure facilities include two outdoor pools: one open 11:00-21:30 with a pool bar, and a second pool open until 19:30, both year-round. A private beach area (additional charge) and a free walking tour are also on offer. The fitness centre is available at an additional cost. Movie nights and a water park (both off-site, additional charge) provide extra entertainment. The complex has a children's playground, making it suitable for families. The pool area receives sunlight from around 3 PM, so plan accordingly if sunbathing is a priority.

The property offers free high-speed WiFi (119 Mbps, suitable for 4K streaming and video calls). Free private parking is available on site without reservation. Other services include a concierge, private check-in/check-out, lockers, and car hire. A laundry service is available for an additional charge. The building has a lift, soundproof rooms, air conditioning, and heating. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key card access. The studio is managed by the owner, who is responsive and handles check-in smoothly. The apartment is fully self-contained, offering privacy and independence.
