MARAVILLOSO, Valencia

This apartment sits directly opposite an overground metro stop, making travel around Valencia straightforward without a car. The sea and beachfront are reachable in about five minutes on foot, and major attractions are within walking distance or a short ride. Nearby streets offer fast-food chains such as Burger King, while wider dining options are within 0.5 km. The combination of beach proximity and immediate public transport access suits both leisure and city-exploration stays.

The room is small, containing only a bed, and is best suited for a single working traveller rather than tourists on holiday. It has its own terrace overlooking a quiet street or inner courtyard. The bed itself is comfortable and features a good mattress. A shared bathroom is located outside the room, which must be used by all occupants in the apartment. The kitchen is shared and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and tea/coffee maker, but basic cooking ingredients such as salt or oil may not be available. The apartment also contains a living room and dining area, though these are used by the owner and family, which can make guests feel unwelcome.

Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and tea/coffee maker for preparing their own meals. The immediate area offers multiple dining choices within 0.5 km, including La Pascuala Wine Bar, Restaurante Hermanos Barbera, and Bar Agapito, as well as fast-food options.

The main leisure option is the nearby beach, reachable within a five-minute stroll. Beachfront access means quick trips for swimming or sunbathing without needing transport.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property free of charge. The lift provides access to upper floors. A shared kitchen and a sun terrace are open to all guests. There are no parking facilities on-site, so arriving by public transport is recommended - the overground metro stop is directly across the street. The property has a no-pets policy. Housekeeping is not performed by staff; guests should expect to manage their own space. The atmosphere is that of a private home, not a professional hotel.
