NEW 1-BEDROOM HOUSE WITH FREE PARKING, Sydney

The property is situated in a quiet suburb of western Sydney, roughly 50 minutes' drive from the city centre. Free on-site parking is available, making car travel practical. Public transport options exist but are limited: the nearest bus stop is a 20-minute walk away, and the journey to central Sydney can take over two hours. A 5-minute drive reaches local shops. The immediate surroundings include private houses, and some areas may feel less secure after dark.

This holiday home is a self-contained granny flat behind the main house. It has its own entrance, bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware. The living and sleeping areas feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, and a washing machine. Some reports note that the unit may not match its advertised photos, and that the bed support or mattress comfort can be uneven. Windows provide garden views, though privacy can be affected by the main house's proximity. Insects are sometimes present.

There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service on the property. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare your own meals, including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware. Local shops are within a 5-minute drive for groceries and supplies. The property offers a tea and coffee maker, and basic dining utensils are available.
