OASIS SEVILLA CONGRESOS, Seville

The apartment sits on the eastern edge of Seville, making it ideal for travellers flying in or out. A Mercadona supermarket is across the plaza, and more than eight restaurants and bars are within 300 metres, providing easy dining options without needing a car. The city centre - including Barrio Santa Cruz, Plaza de España, and the Royal Alcázar - is 7-9 km away. Bus 27 from the stop roughly 2 minutes on foot takes about 30 minutes to reach Plaza de la Encarnación. Free private parking is available, and on-street parking is also spacious, so driving or keeping a rental car is practical here.

The apartment is fully furnished with a separate bedroom, a living area with a dining table and sitting area, and a kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, cookware, and a washing machine. Air conditioning is installed in both the lounge and bedroom, keeping the space comfortable even in summer. The private balcony offers garden and pool views. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The apartment comes stocked with ample toiletries and complimentary drinks (water, cola, wine) - a useful perk for short stays or late arrivals.

The property includes a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop, and a welcome drink is offered on arrival. For guests who prefer self-catering, the kitchenette has cookware and utensils, and a Mercadona supermarket is across the plaza. A cluster of restaurants and bars - including Boho Grill, Las Especias, and Ginger Sevilla - are all within 300 metres, offering a range of cuisines and settings for evening meals or casual drinks.

Guests can use the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, which is cleaned regularly and offers a refreshing break in warm weather. The tennis court comes with equipment available for hire, so no need to bring your own rackets. The private balcony overlooks both the garden and the pool, and the property also has a bar for post-game drinks.
