Ocean Front Units are located on the beachfront, offering immediate access to the sand and ocean. The Holocaust Memorial is 3 km away, and the Miami Beach Convention Center is 6 km away. A variety of restaurants and shops are within walking distance, including The Tavern at Oceanside (0.5 km), Domino's Pizza (0.5 km), Gino's Bottega Italiana (0.5 km), and several other options. The free Miami Beach Trolley and paid bus services are accessible within a few minutes' walk, providing convenient transport to South Beach and other areas. The airport is a short 20-30 minute drive or a $30 Uber ride away. The setting is quieter than South Beach, offering a more relaxed beachside atmosphere.

Each studio is a single room with a kitchenette featuring a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and basic cookware and dishes. The rooms include a private bathroom (some with walk-in shower, others with a tub/shower combination), a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dining area, and a safe deposit box. Bed linens and towels are provided. Most rooms feature two full/double beds; select rooms offer a king bed plus a sofa bed. A limited number of rooms have a private balcony (fourth floor) or a sea view. Rooms are basic in finish and compact, suitable for couples or small families. The building has old carpets and dated hallways with a musty odor, and the rooms themselves show wear. Travelers sensitive to noise may request a room away from the road; thin walls mean night-time noise from neighbors is possible.

The property does not operate a restaurant, café, or bar. All studios come with a complete kitchenette - stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and basic cookware - allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A free grocery delivery service is available for convenience, and an on-site minimarket stocks essentials. Dozens of restaurants, pizzerias, delis, and a supermarket are within a 5-10 minute walk, providing ample dining alternatives without a car. The free Miami Beach Trolley stops nearby, making it easy to reach South Beach attractions.
