The free Miami Beach trolley stops nearby, connecting you to Lincoln Road, the Art Deco Historic District, and downtown Miami, while bus line 100 runs to Miami International Airport (18 km away). Within a short walk you'll find several restaurants and cafes such as Lola Restaurant & Grill and Rococoa Cafe. The area is safe for evening walks along the boardwalk, and many key attractions - including the beach, shops, and dining - are within a 10-minute stroll. For those driving, the free valet parking is convenient, but expect longer wait times (30-60 minutes) during busy periods.

Units range from compact studios to spacious multi-bedroom apartments (up to 3 bedrooms) sleeping 2-7 people. Every room is equipped with a private kitchenette featuring a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware, plus a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, tea and coffee facilities, a seating area, and a dining table are standard. Balconies are available on ocean-facing rooms and provide sweeping views - lake- or city-view rooms may lack a balcony. Floor levels vary from the 6th to the 17th floor. Some units have a dishwasher and separate living area. While interiors vary by individual owner, overall the furnishings are dated, and maintenance issues such as broken cabinet doors, rusty fixtures, and noisy air conditioning units are frequently reported. Light sleepers should request a room on a high floor away from the elevator and trash chute to minimize noise from neighbors and building systems. The building uses a secure coded door lock system.

Blue Gin serves American cuisine in a family-friendly setting for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The attached Ricky Tiki Bar operates from 10:00 to 17:00 daily, offering drinks and light food by the pool. An 18% automatic gratuity is added to all restaurant bills. A vending machine for drinks and snacks is also available, along with a minimarket on site for basic groceries. For those who prefer to cook, the kitchenette in every room allows full self-catering, and many nearby restaurants - including several within a 5-minute walk - provide additional dining variety.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and open all year, with sun loungers, a shaded area, and a poolside bar. However, it is currently under maintenance and its availability is uncertain. Direct private beach access is always open, and the front desk provides beach chairs and an umbrella for each room. A free tennis court and a fitness center are available (the gym requires leaving an ID at reception). A Turkish/Russian sauna operates in the building for an additional charge. Bicycle rental is also available for a fee. The pool area can become crowded during peak times.

Free valet parking for one vehicle is included and must be reserved in advance; additional vehicles cost $38 per day. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Luggage storage is available from 10:00 to 17:00 (additional charge applicable). There is a laundry room in the building, and an ATM/cash machine on site. 24-hour security with CCTV and smoke alarms is present. The front desk can receive packages for you. No resort fees or cleaning fees are charged beyond the booking total. The minimum check-in age is 18. The building has a lift, but there are no ramps from the street entrance to the lobby, which may be challenging for wheelchair users.
