OSLO STAY, Oslo

Oslo Central Station is a 13-minute walk away, and the Oslo Bus Terminal is even closer at 700 metres, making arrival and departure straightforward by train or coach. The Munch Museum is a 7-minute walk from the door, and the Botanical Garden is 700 metres away, providing cultural and green spaces on foot. The neighbourhood itself has several international food shops and cafés within a 5-minute walk, including Kaffebrenneriet and multiple Indian-Pakistani restaurants. Oslo Airport is 45 km away, so factor in either the train from Central Station or the airport express coach from the bus terminal.

Accommodation options include single, double, twin, and quadruple rooms, all with a shared bathroom. Each room is furnished with a desk and a seating area. The rooms are compact - some with limited space for luggage. The property is on the top floor (four flights up, no lift), so packing light is advisable. Room temperature is controlled via individual radiators. Both bedding and shared bathrooms have been reported as clean, though some rooms may feel cramped and basic in decor. Rooms are not soundproofed, and noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms can be audible. A no-shoes policy applies throughout the apartment.

The property has no restaurant, bar, or breakfast offering, but the shared kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cutlery, a stove, fridge, and dishwasher, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Basic pantry items such as salt and leftover food are sometimes left by previous guests. Within a 3-minute walk, you will find a range of international dining options including Indian, Pakistani, and Middle Eastern restaurants, plus a coffee shop on the corner. Those wanting a fuller breakfast should plan to eat out or self-cater.

For outdoor recreation, an ice-skating rink operates nearby, offering a seasonal leisure option. Back at the property, the shared terrace and garden provide a space to relax or eat outside. There is no pool, spa, or gym on site.
