The resort is less than 2 km from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, making it convenient for groups and events. The immediate area lacks a mesh walkway from the resort to the boardwalk, so walking across hot sand is required. Within 0.5 km are several dining options including John's Restaurant, New York Prime, and Donald's Pancake House. The property is tucked away enough for a quiet stay yet close to major attractions.

Accommodations include one-bedroom suites and two- to three-bedroom condos and penthouses, most with oceanfront or ocean views. All units feature a private balcony, climate control, a flat-screen TV, in-room coffee maker, and a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and dinnerware. The Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Condo (sleeps 6) is a spacious 65 m² with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Condo (sleeps 4) offers 100 m² with two king beds and a master balcony. The Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Penthouse (sleeps 6) spans 100 m² over two levels, with two queen beds, one king, two bathrooms, and two private balconies. Washer and dryer are included in 2- and 3-bedroom units. Some units have been reported as outdated, with maintenance issues such as dirty carpets, mold, non-draining tubs, and inconsistent cleaning standards. Booking through a private owner with specific photos is recommended for predictable quality.

The indoor pool ranges from 0.9 to 1.5 m deep, and the 0.5 m indoor kiddie pool is near the main pool, allowing parents to supervise easily. Two indoor whirlpools are adjacent. The seasonal oceanfront outdoor pool is located by the beach with lounge chairs, and an outdoor whirlpool is steps away. The fitness room is equipped with cardio and strength machines. The oceanfront lawn has beach chairs for sunbathing. Beach access is private and ADA-accessible. The children's play area is limited, and there is no lazy river. Some reported the outdoor pool as small, and umbrella rentals are available from a third party only until 3:00 PM. The grounds and pools are generally well-maintained.

Free wireless internet is available throughout the property. A coin-operated guest laundry is located in the South Tower. Keyless entry codes are emailed on arrival day, bypassing the lobby. Vending machines offer snacks and drinks. Local and 800 calls are free. The front desk provides attraction and show tickets but is only staffed Thursday through Monday from 9:00 to 16:00. Outside these hours, there is no on-site assistance for maintenance, lockouts, or other needs; an emergency number may not always resolve issues. No daily housekeeping service is provided, and linens are not automatically replaced. Accessible parking is available. The resort is a non-smoking property throughout. No breakfast is offered.
