PAPI12, Milan

The apartment sits in a quiet residential area of Milan, with the metro station just a short walk away. From Porta Romana you can reach the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in about 15 minutes by train. Linate Airport is 6 km away - a direct metro ride or short taxi trip. The building has a lift, and the area is well-served by buses, trams, and nearby bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, making car-free stays practical.

The apartment offers one separate bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a kitchen equipped for basic cooking and food storage. The private bathroom includes a shower. Air conditioning is present, though some units may have limited cooling in the bedroom. Furniture is described as dated by some, and the kitchen and bathroom may require a thorough cleaning upon arrival. The property is best suited for short, budget-conscious stays where location and self-catering convenience are priorities over modern fixtures.

The apartment has no restaurant or breakfast service, so all meals must be prepared in the kitchenette or eaten out. The surrounding area is well-served: within 0.5 km you'll find a variety of eateries including Temakinho, Grape Ristorante Salentino, Yuzu, La Cucina de' Mibabbo, Amabile in Porta Romana, Giulio Pane e Ojo, Zerobriciole, and Tapa' n Kitchen Bar. Several cafés and bakeries are also within walking distance for coffee and pastries.

No on-site wellness or fitness facilities are available. The apartment provides a flat-screen TV for in-room entertainment. The quiet residential area and proximity to public transport make it easy to explore Milan's cultural attractions, but guests seeking a pool, spa, or gym will need to find these elsewhere.

The apartment offers free WiFi throughout, air conditioning (with potential cooling limitations in the bedroom), a washing machine, and a kitchenette with basic cookware and utensils. Pets are allowed at no extra cost. There is no on-site parking, so guests should plan on public transport or paid street parking. The reception staff speak English, Spanish, and Italian, but the host is not always present at check-in. Key collection is via a lockbox, and late check-in requires prior arrangement. Luggage storage is not confirmed, so plan accordingly if arriving early or departing late.
