The homestay is situated on Ying Amnual Road, two streets from the Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market. It offers a peaceful retreat from central Bangkok's noise, yet the river crossing is just a 5-minute motorbike taxi ride away, providing easy access to the city. The area is perfect for cycling, with narrow concrete boardwalks connecting houses over the marshes. Sri Nakhon Khuen Khan Park is a 20-minute bike ride from the property.

Rooms feature parquet floors, a sitting area, cable/satellite television, a mini-bar, and a refrigerator. The premier rooms are particularly spacious and well-appointed, with both air conditioning and a fan for comfort. Each bungalow has its own veranda, and bathrooms are Western-style with a hot shower. The wooden decor and single-level layout create a traditional, relaxing atmosphere. Light sleepers will appreciate the near-total absence of traffic noise.

The included breakfast provides a basic start to the day with both Western and Thai choices. A convenience store (7-Eleven) is located directly opposite the homestay, open until midnight, for snacks and drinks. For a wider selection, the weekend floating market is a 5-minute bike ride away, offering local street food. The homestay itself does not have a restaurant or bar for evening meals.

The primary leisure offering is the free bicycle loan, which allows guests to explore the surrounding network of boardwalks, marshes, and quiet lanes. This area is known as Bangkok's 'Green Lung', providing a rare natural escape within the city. Cycling to the nearby park or the floating market is a popular activity. There is no pool, spa, or gym on site.
