RESIDENCE BERGERE - APPARTEMENTS, Paris

Guests can easily walk to Gare du Nord in under 20 minutes, and many central sights - including the Eiffel Tower, Opéra, and Galleries Lafayette - are within a comfortable stroll. The Roissy bus from Charles de Gaulle airport stops at Opéra, a 20-minute walk from the residence. Despite the central location, apartments facing the inner courtyard remain quiet. The neighbourhood is safe, with a grocery store, bakeries, and numerous restaurants and bars just steps away. Train stations and metro lines are also close, making it easy to explore all of Paris.

All apartments are clean, well-maintained, and decorated in a classic Parisian style with parquet flooring. Kitchens come with a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, cookware, and utensils. Some units also have a dishwasher and washing up liquid. Living areas include a dining table and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Heating is provided, and windows open - those facing the inner courtyard offer a quiet atmosphere. Note that older wood floors may creak and some noise from upper floors can be heard, but this is generally minor. Cots can be provided on request. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. Laundry can be done in-unit (if equipped) or with staff assistance.

Guests can prepare meals using the kitchen's facilities; a grocery store is nearby for supplies. For those who prefer to eat out, the neighbourhood is filled with restaurants, bakeries, and cafés. Notable nearby options include Le Royal Bergere (0.3km), Bien Bien (0.5km), Trattoria l'Oca Nera (0.3km), and several others within a few minutes' walk. The 9th arrondissement is known for its diverse food scene, from classic French bistros to Italian and international cuisine. Breakfast can be easily picked up at local bakeries.

Additional services include daily housekeeping, ironing, and laundry (all at extra cost). Babysitting can be arranged for a fee, and cots are available on request. The property is non-smoking throughout and features safety amenities like smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key access. Staff are highly responsive and often communicate via WhatsApp to coordinate check-in and answer questions. They can assist with luggage and offer local recommendations. A guest guide with suggested walking routes and local tips is provided. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Note that parking is limited and must be reserved.
