The boat is located in a functional area next to a golf driving range, about 10 minutes on foot from metro B station Palmovka. A tram stop (lines 12, 25, 1) is a 3-5 minute walk and provides a direct route to central Prague. The surrounding streets are poorly lit and have uneven surfaces, making walking at night less comfortable. Free parking is available directly in front of the boat, a significant convenience for those arriving by car. The immediate area has no dining options outside the hotel, and the nearest restaurants are about 1 km away.

Standard cabins are compact and can feel cramped, especially for three people, while luxury and romantic cabins are noticeably larger and better equipped. All cabins include air conditioning, a sitting area, free toiletries, and a direct dial telephone. Upper-deck rooms offer river views; lower-deck rooms overlook the bank. Lower-level cabins may have a musty smell and road-facing rooms can experience noise. Carpets in some standard rooms show wear. The luxury cabins have a larger bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC. Noise insulation between cabins is limited; bringing earplugs is advisable for light sleepers. The boat is not accessible for wheelchair users or those with mobility challenges.

The breakfast buffet includes eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereals, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, bread with homemade marmalade, juice, and coffee. Variety is reduced after 9:00-9:30, so an early start is recommended. The restaurant serves a lunch and dinner menu featuring Czech and international dishes; the svíčková (cream sauce with dumplings) has been noted as a highlight. Service in the restaurant can be slow, and staff availability is limited. The hotel's bar operates from the same area; some past nights the rooftop deck bar was closed. There are no nearby alternatives, so planning meals at the hotel or bringing snacks is practical.
