ROONG-ARUN APARTMENT, Bangkok

The guest house sits on a peaceful back street in the Sai Mai area, ensuring a quiet night's rest. A 7-Eleven is directly opposite, and several cafes and night food stalls are within a short walk (approx. 8 minutes). Sai Yud BTS station and Big C shopping centre are about a 15-minute walk, and motorbike taxis are available across the road. For airport transfers, Grab or taxis are the recommended option as public transport coverage is sparse and walking time to the nearest BTS is considerable. The area is safe day and night, with a local community atmosphere.

The on-site Phichichap Restaurant offers authentic Thai cuisine in a family-friendly setting, open for lunch and dinner daily. The atmosphere is welcoming, especially for families with children. For breakfast, options vary by room and date - confirm at booking. A 7-Eleven across the road provides snacks and drinks, and several informal eateries serving Thai dishes (including Thai banana roti) are within easy walking distance.

The property offers free WiFi in all areas and a free bicycle rental service for exploring the local area. A minimarket on site and a terrace provide additional convenience. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV, fire extinguishers, and key card access. Laundry is self-service with washing machines located near the entrance. The host is English-speaking and lives on the property, assisting with local recommendations, arranging Grab taxis, and providing a warm, family-like atmosphere. The following services are not available: parking, elevator, spa, swimming pool, credit card payment, and airport shuttle.
