SOUTH BEACH FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY WITH FREE PARKING, Miami Beach

Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, this apartment is just two blocks from Ocean Drive and a short stroll from the beach. South Beach's main attractions - including the Art Deco Historic District, Versace Mansion, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants - are within easy walking distance. The property is 17 km from Miami International Airport (about 20 minutes by car) and 800 metres from the Jewish Museum of Florida. The area is very walkable, and a free trolley service runs along the beach for convenient car-free exploration.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, plus two sofa beds in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. The air conditioning unit is present, but some find it noisy; the apartment itself can also be somewhat noisy due to limited soundproofing. The sofa beds are noted as less comfortable, and the property shows signs of wear - furniture and fittings may appear old, and some fixtures (cupboards, dishwasher) have been reported as damaged. Despite this, the space is generally considered clean and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and tea/coffee maker. A patio and TV are provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and stays shaded.

For self-catering, the apartment's kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Numerous restaurants are nearby, including Under the Mango Tree (0.5 km), The Licking (0.5 km), Las Olas Cafe (0.5 km), Chokas Caribbean Restaurant and Lounge (0.5 km), Seawell Fish N' Oyster (0.5 km), El Sitio (0.5 km), Miss Saigon (0.5 km), and Cafe Del Mar (0.5 km). No breakfast is provided.

There are no on-site pools, gyms, or spa facilities. The property does supply beach equipment - umbrellas, mats, and towels - making it easy to enjoy the nearby South Beach. The quiet residential location is ideal for restful downtime.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Free on-site public parking is provided for one vehicle (no reservation required). Pets are welcome with no additional fees. Check-in and check-out are self-service and typically smooth. The host is known for quick, helpful communication and responds promptly to requests. No daily housekeeping service is provided; clean linen and towels are supplied at the start of the stay. Laundry facilities are not on site, but Miami Coin Laundry is a 3-minute walk away, open from 07:00 to 23:00.
