STUDIO APPARTEMENT QUARTIER MUSEE DU LOUVRE 3 FREE NETFLIX, Paris

The studio sits on a quiet courtyard in Paris's 1st arrondissement, one street from the Louvre. Musée de l'Orangerie is a 12-minute walk, while Notre Dame Cathedral is 2 km and Gare Saint-Lazare and Pompidou Centre are both 2 km. Two metro lines within a 4-minute walk provide direct connections across the city, making car use unnecessary. Paris Orly Airport is 17 km away, easily reached by the paid shuttle or public transport. The surrounding area is dense with restaurants, cafés and shops within a 0.5 km radius, including Sapporo, Caffe Dei Fratelli and Cafe Verlet.

The studio includes a living area with a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming services, and tiled floors. The kitchen features a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, tea and coffee maker, and cookware. The private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, though the bathroom is notably compact, with a small shower cubicle that may suit single or couple stays rather than larger groups. The main bed is comfortable; the sofa bed is less so. The ground-floor French windows open onto the courtyard, providing quiet but limiting natural light and privacy when fully open. Heating and soundproofing are provided, but the apartment overall is best suited for short, practical stays of 1-2 nights rather than extended family trips.

There is no restaurant, bar or breakfast at the property. The fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, dishwasher, kettle, cookware) enables self-catering for all meals. The immediate area offers a dense cluster of dining choices including Sapporo, Caffe Dei Fratelli, Cafe Verlet, Rotin's Home, Sanukiya and Nodaiwa, all within 0.5 km, covering Japanese, Italian, French and other cuisines. For those wanting a fuller breakfast or varied meals, the surrounding streets provide ample alternatives without needing to travel.

A fitness centre is available but at an additional charge. Cycling and walking tours can be arranged nearby (off-site), also for a fee. The studio's own attraction is its secure, quiet courtyard setting, which provides a calm retreat after sightseeing. The location itself is the main leisure asset, with the Louvre, Tuileries Garden and Opéra Garnier within walking distance.

Free WiFi is available throughout the studio. Services include express private check-in/out, an invoice provided, and luggage storage from 12:00 PM on arrival day (free). Paid transport options include airport shuttle (pick-up and drop-off), bicycle and car hire. Daily housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning, ironing service and trouser press are available for an extra fee. The property has no parking on-site and pets are not allowed. Secure features include fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. The Nuki app-based door lock is the main access method - a functioning smartphone is essential for entry.
