This location places the metro entrance directly opposite the building, making the city centre reachable in about 15 minutes without a car. Prague Castle (12 km), Charles Bridge (13 km) and Old Town Square (14 km) are all accessible via the same line. The neighbourhood has multiple supermarkets and restaurants within a five-minute walk. The building is quiet and green despite the immediate metro proximity. Paid on-site parking (€15/day) is available, but the metro access means a car is unnecessary for sightseeing.

The apartment sleeps two to three people using a double bed in the separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom includes a bathtub, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and extras such as salt, oil and dishwasher tablets - practical for longer stays. The living area has a dining table, a flat-screen TV and a comfortable armchair. The terrace is described as exceptionally large and offers city views. The apartment has heating, floor heating in the bathroom, electric blackout blinds, and smart home controls. Washing machine and ironing facilities are also available.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils and a dishwasher, making self-catering easy. Several dining options are nearby: Vietnamske bistro Zen Stodulky (0.5 km), ROOTS Fresh Food Bistro (0.5 km), Go Sushi (0.5 km), TUTO Bistro (0.5 km) and Stockholm (1 km).
