SWEETHOMEMONTI, Rome

This apartment is in the true heart of Rome, in the Rione Monti neighbourhood, with a 9.8 location score. Termini Station is a short walk, making luggage arrival easy. You can walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps in around 10-15 minutes; only the Vatican requires public transport. The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, cafés, and shops, all within a few hundred metres, including Matermatuta, Sweety Rome Caffè, Grotta d'Abruzzo, and La Carbonara. A supermarket and a taxi rank are also immediately accessible, making self-catering and transport very convenient.

The apartment features a private entrance and comprises one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker (Nespresso), dining area, and a separate living/dressing area with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Parquet floors and a large wardrobe complete the interior. The apartment is on the first floor. It is described as spacious, quiet, and clean - the air conditioning is effective during Rome's hot summers. The unit has one comfortable bed, and there is also a dressing room and a dining table.

This property does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service, but the fully equipped kitchen - with a stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine - makes self-catering easy. The location is exceptional for dining out: within 300 metres you will find popular local restaurants such as Trattoria Da Valentino, La Carbonara, Al Boschetto, and Diadema Restaurant Rione Monti, plus cafés like Sweety Rome Caffè. Supermarkets are also nearby for groceries and supplies.

No wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, sauna, or gym are available on site. Leisure is based entirely on location: guests can walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, and historic centre in 10-15 minutes, making the apartment a practical base for sightseeing rather than a resort-style stay.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and is consistently strong. Air conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable year-round. The host is known for being kind and flexible, offering early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage - a key advantage for travellers with early or late flights. Key collection can be done via a key box for fully independent arrival. Airport shuttle and car hire are available for an additional charge, but the central location and short walk to Termini Station mean public transport often works just as well. The property has CCTV outside and a lift. An invoice is provided for business stays.
