TANIH PLACE, Abu Dhabi

The property is a 7-10 minute taxi ride from Hamdan Street and approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre. A bus stop is within a short walk, with buses every 15 minutes; the Exhibition Centre is about 30 minutes by bus. The location provides direct road access to the airport, and taxis are readily available 24 hours for late-night arrivals. Walking is not practical for most destinations due to the area's layout.

The accommodation consists of a single apartment divided into private rooms using partition walls (cupboard-wall dividers). Each room includes air conditioning (which may not be adjustable and can be noisy), an electric kettle, free toiletries, and a shared bathroom with a hairdryer and slippers. Some rooms offer a balcony, and some single rooms provide city views. Double rooms include a wardrobe and a seating area described as a 'big partition'. Rooms are compact, and the building is older and under renovation, which affects overall conditions. The property is best suited for short, budget-conscious stays where proximity to the airport or a basic place to sleep is the priority.

There is no dining facility or meal service at the property. A minimarket is available on site for basic supplies. Several restaurants such as Tandoori Corner, London Fish & Chips, and Al Wahda Garden Restaurant are within a 0.5 km walk, offering options for meals.
