The U3 metro takes you to the city centre in about 10-15 minutes, and the Vienna State Opera, museums, and Schönbrunn Palace are easily reached. Wiener Stadthalle is a 5-10 minute walk, making the location ideal for concert-goers. A Spar supermarket is directly opposite, and a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries are within a few minutes' walk. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet (especially on the inner courtyard), and well connected for exploring Vienna without a car.
