Location

Located 24 km from Dubai International Airport, a 7-minute walk to Jumeira Public Beach and 1 km from Burj Al Arab Tower.

The Villa Jumeirah sits in a quiet, residential street in the prestigious Umm Al Suquiem district, within a five-minute walk of Jumeira Public Beach with views of Burj Al Arab. Mall of the Emirates is 6 km away, Burj Khalifa 13 km, and a bus stop nearby connects to the Metro, Marina area, and Ibn Battuta bus station (for Abu Dhabi). The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, with several restaurants and cafés within 0.5-1 km. While convenient by car, the location also works well for cyclists (bike rental available) and those using public transport.

Accommodation

Spacious rooms with air conditioning, private or shared bathrooms, garden or balcony views, and flat-screen TVs.

The property offers a range of accommodation: double rooms with 1 or 2 beds, a family room with 2 beds, and a studio with private entrance. All rooms are spacious and include air conditioning, a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, hairdryer, free toiletries, and a wardrobe. Private bathrooms have a shower; some units also feature a bath. Garden or landmark views are standard, and many rooms have a balcony or sofa. The shared kitchen is well equipped (electric cooker, three fridges, washing machine, ironing board) and allows self-catering. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, with roosters in the morning adding a countryside feel. The property includes an outdoor seating area and a garden. Daily housekeeping is provided by a friendly and responsive team.

Dining

The shared kitchen allows self-catering; no on-site restaurant or breakfast service.

The Villa Jumeirah does not have its own restaurant or breakfast offering. Instead, the fully equipped shared kitchen (with electric cooker, refrigerator, washing machine) enables guests to prepare their own meals. Several dining options are within a short walk: le Bar A Pates and Taste Kitchen are 0.5 km away; 21 Grams, Doner Deli, D&A - Dhow and Anchor, and La Parrilla are all within 1 km. For those wanting a wider selection, the nearby cafés and restaurants in the Jumeirah area are easily reachable.

Leisure

Beach access is the main leisure attraction, with Jumeira Public Beach just a 7-minute walk away.

The primary leisure draw is Jumeira Public Beach, reachable in five to ten minutes on foot, offering iconic views of Burj Al Arab. Kite Beach is also nearby, suitable for water sports. The Villa Jumeirah itself provides a garden with outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing or eating outdoors. Bicycle rental is available in the area for exploring the coastline. There are no on-site spa, pool, or gym facilities.
